Data related to the manuscript ÒDense 4D nanoscale reconstruction of living brain tissueÓ by Velicky et al., 2023. 

The repository includes imaging data and deep-learning models and training data for image restoration and automated segmentation. Designation of datasets is according to the figure numbering in the manuscript, where also a detailed description of the imaging setup and data processing can be found. Volumetric imaging data are provided either as raw plus restored versions where deep-learning based image restoration is tested or as restored volumes elsewhere.
