Supplementary Dataset 1: Artemia franciscana genome assembly and annotation. This includes the final genome assembly and the annotation files.
Supplementary Dataset 2: Artemia sinica annotation.
Supplementary Dataset 3: Male and Female genomic coverage. This inludes the coverage in windows of 10,000 bp with and without the W-scaffolds included in the analysis.
Supplementary Dataset 4: Male:female FST per gene. It includes the results from the analysis where the W-scaffolds were included and the analysis where they were not.
Supplementary Dataset 5: Normalized gene expression 
Supplementary Dataset 6: W-specific sequences. This also includes a text file with the W-scaffolds which had annotated W-transcripts that have female specific expression.
