File description

This folder contains all the code related to the manuscript “Effect of assortative mating and sexual selection on polygenic barriers to gene flow”. The three files are as described below. 
- Analytical predictions and deterministic simulations.nb: This Mathematica notebook contains all the analytical approximations and analysis together with deterministic simulations. 
- IndBasedSim_Model1: This is a Fortran code for individual based simulations for model 1 of assortative mating.
- IndBasedSim_Model2: This is a Fortran code for individual based simulations for model 2 of assortative mating.
