The data for all figures in the main text, supplementary and referee reply can be found in files in the corresponing folders with the names corresponding to the respective figure and panels, i.e. Fig1b.txt. For some datasets, a name of the parameter follows after underscore, i.e. Fig3e_mag.txt. The images are in .jpg format.

The figures can be reproduced with the python jupyter notebook "Figures.ipynb".

Figs. 1, 3 and S5 include schemes drawn with LaTeX TikZ package - the LaTeX files are included.
