This file contains the mass spectra of the most representative CHC compounds per peak analysed in our study in the pupae of Lasius neglectus, as detailed in Supplementary Table 13. CHC chain length and structure, as well as Kovats retention index (RI) given. 


Dawson_etal_Peak_Areas.xlsx
This file contains, for each pupa and peak, the integrated pupal 12C and 13C area, the 12C and 13C area of the tending workers, and the calculated pupa-derived peak area.
