A population of these stars was recently observed for the first time, but their prevalence remains unknown. In preparation for such measurements, we estimate the mass distribution of hot, stripped stars using a population synthesis code that interpolates over detailed single and binary stellar evolution tracks. We predict that for a constant star formation rate of 1 M⊙/yr and regardless of metallicity, a scalable model population contains ∼30 000 stripped stars with mass Mstrip > 1 M⊙ and ∼4000 stripped stars that are sufficiently massive to explode (Mstrip > 2.6 M⊙). Below Mstrip = 5 M⊙, the distribution is metallicity-independent and can be described by a power law with the exponent α ∼ −2. At higher masses and lower metallicity (Z ≲ 0.002), the mass distribution exhibits a drop. This originates from the prediction, frequently seen in evolutionary models, that massive low-metallicity stars do not expand substantially until central helium burning or later and therefore cannot form long-lived stripped stars. With weaker line-driven winds at low metallicity, this suggests that neither binary interaction nor wind mass loss can efficiently strip massive stars at low metallicity. As a result, a “helium-star desert” emerges around Mstrip = 15 M⊙ at Z = 0.002, covering an increasingly large mass range with decreasing metallicity. We note that these high-mass stars are those that potentially boost a galaxy’s He+-ionizing radiation and that participate in the formation of merging black holes. This “helium-star desert” therefore merits further study.","lang":"eng"}],"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","day":"01","type":"journal_article","file_date_updated":"2025-06-10T07:00:38Z","citation":{"short":"B. Rapidly rotating classical OBe stars have been proposed as the products of binary interactions, and the fraction of Be stars with compact companions implies that at least some are. However, to constrain the interaction physics spinning up the OBe stars, a large sample of homogeneously analyzed OBe stars with well-determined binary characteristics and orbital parameters are required.\r\n\r\nAims. We investigated the multiplicity properties of a sample of 18 Oe, 62 Be, and two Of?p stars observed within the BLOeM survey in the Small Magellanic Cloud. We analyzed the first nine epochs of spectroscopic observations obtained over approximately three months in 2023.\r\n\r\nMethods. Radial velocities (RVs) of all stars were measured using cross-correlation based on different sets of absorption and emission lines. Applying commonly used binarity criteria, we classified objects as binaries, binary candidates, and apparently single (RV stable) objects. We further inspected the spectra for double-lined spectroscopic binaries and cross-matched with catalogs of X-ray sources and photometric binaries.\r\n\r\nResults. We classify 14 OBe stars as binaries, and an additional 11 as binary candidates. The two Of?p stars are apparently single. We find two more objects that are most likely currently interacting binaries. Without those, the observed binary fraction for the remaining OBe sample of 78 stars is fobs+candOBe = 0.18 ± 0.04 (fobs+candOBe = 0.32±0.05 including candidates). This binary fraction is less than half of that measured for OB stars in BLOeM. Combined with the lower fraction of SB2s, this suggests that OBe stars do indeed have fundamentally different present-day binary properties than OB stars. We find no evidence for OBe binaries with massive compact companions, in contrast to expectations from binary population synthesis.\r\n\r\nConclusions. Our results support the binary scenario as an important formation channel for OBe stars, as post-interaction binaries may have been disrupted or the stripped companions of OBe stars are harder to detect. Further observations are required to characterize the detected binaries, their orbital parameters, and the nature of their companions.","lang":"eng"}],"day":"01","type":"journal_article","file_date_updated":"2025-06-23T07:54:57Z","citation":{"ama":"Bodensteiner J, Shenar T, Sana H, et al. As part of The Binarity at LOw Metallicity (BLOeM) campaign in the Small Magellanic Cloud, we present a multi-epoch spectroscopic survey of 128 supergiant stars of spectral type B5–F5, which roughly correspond to initial masses in the 6–30 M⊙ range. The observed binary fraction for the B5–9 supergiants is 25 ± 6% (10 ± 4%) and 5 ± 2% (0%) for the A–F stars, which were found using a radial-velocity (RV) variability threshold of 5 km s−1 (10 km s−1) as a criterion for binarity. Accounting for observational biases, we find an intrinsic multiplicity fraction of less than 18% for the B5–9 stars and 8−7+9% for the AF stars, for the orbital periods up to 103.5 days and mass ratios (q) in the 0.1 < q < 1 range. The large stellar radii of these supergiant stars prevent short orbital periods, but we demonstrate that this effect alone cannot explain our results. We assessed the spectra and RV time series of the detected binary systems and find that only a small fraction display convincing solutions. We conclude that the multiplicity fractions are compromised by intrinsic stellar variability, such that the true multiplicity fraction may be significantly smaller. Our main conclusions from comparing the multiplicity properties of the B5–9- and AF-type supergiants to that of their less evolved counterparts is that such stars cannot be explained by a direct evolution from the main sequence. Furthermore, by comparing their multiplicity properties to red supergiant stars, we conclude that the AF supergiant stars are neither progenitors nor descendants of red supergiants."}],"doi":"10.1051/0004-6361/202452949","publication_identifier":{"eissn":["1432-0746"],"issn":["0004-6361"]},"acknowledgement":"We thank Sipra Hota for kindly sharing the SMC UVIT catalogue prior to publication. For the low-metallicity environments of high-redshift galaxies, constraints on the multiplicity properties of massive stars over the separation range leading to binary interaction are crucially missing. Here we show that the presence of massive stars in close binaries is ubiquitous, even at low metallicity. Using the Very Large Telescope, we obtained multi-epoch radial velocity measurements of a representative sample of 139 massive O-type stars across the Small Magellanic Cloud, which has a metal content of about one-fifth of the solar value. We find that 45% of them show radial velocity variations that demonstrate that they are members of close binary systems, and predominantly have orbital periods shorter than 1 year. Correcting for observational biases indicates that at least 70+11−6 % of the O stars in our sample are in close binaries, and that at least 68+7\r\n−8% of all O stars interact with a companion star during their lifetime. We found no evidence supporting a statistically significant trend of the multiplicity properties with metallicity. Our results indicate that multiplicity and binary interactions govern the evolution of massive stars and determine their cosmic feedback and explosive fates."}],"main_file_link":[{"open_access":"1","url":"https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2509.12488"}],"type":"journal_article","day":"02","citation":{"short":"H. This is particularly the case when fine-tuning pre-trained models, which can have large weight, activation, and error (output gradient) outlier values that make lower-precision optimization difficult. To address this, we present HALO, a new quantization-aware training approach for Transformers that enables accurate and efficient low-precision training by combining 1) strategic placement of Hadamard rotations in both forward and backward passes, which mitigate outliers, 2) high-performance kernel support, and 3) FSDP integration for low-precision communication. Our approach ensures that all large matrix multiplications during the forward and backward passes are executed in lower precision. Applied to LLaMa models, HALO achieves near-full-precision-equivalent results during fine-tuning on various tasks, while delivering up to 1.41x end-to-end speedup for full fine-tuning on RTX 4090 GPUs. HALO efficiently supports both standard and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT). Our results demonstrate the first practical approach to fully quantized LLM fine-tuning that maintains accuracy in INT8 and FP6 precision, while delivering performance benefits.","lang":"eng"}],"publication_identifier":{"isbn":["9798331338275"],"eissn":["1049-5258"]},"doi":"10.52202/085713-3966","acknowledgement":"This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European\r\nUnion’s Horizon 2020 program (grant agreement PSAP, No. 101002047. Multiple factors, including stochasticities in the training process, model\r\narchitectures, and additional inductive biases, may induce different representations,\r\neven when learning the same task on the same data. However, it has recently been\r\nshown that when a latent structure is shared between distinct latent spaces, relative\r\ndistances between representations can be preserved, up to distortions. Building\r\non this idea, we demonstrate that exploiting the differential-geometric structure of\r\nlatent spaces of neural models, it is possible to capture precisely the transformations\r\nbetween representational spaces trained on similar data distributions. Specifically,\r\nwe assume that distinct neural models parametrize approximately the same underlying manifold, and introduce a representation based on the pullback metric\r\nthat captures the intrinsic structure of the latent space, while scaling efficiently\r\nto large models. We validate experimentally our method on model stitching and\r\nretrieval tasks, covering autoencoders and vision foundation discriminative models,\r\nacross diverse architectures, datasets, pretraining schemes and modalities. Input-output robustness appears in various different forms in the literature, such as robustness of AI models to adversarial or semantic perturbations and individual fairness of AI models that make decisions about humans. We propose runtime monitoring of input-output robustness of deployed, black-box AI models, where the goal is to design monitors that would observe one long execution sequence of the model, and would raise an alarm whenever it is detected that two similar inputs from the past led to dissimilar outputs. This way, monitoring will complement existing offline ''robustification'' approaches to increase the trustworthiness of AI decision-makers. We show that the monitoring problem can be cast as the fixed-radius nearest neighbor (FRNN) search problem, which, despite being well-studied, lacks suitable online solutions. We present our tool Clemont, which offers a number of lightweight monitors, some of which use upgraded online variants of existing FRNN algorithms, and one uses a novel algorithm based on binary decision diagrams--a data-structure commonly used in software and hardware verification. We have also developed an efficient parallelization technique that can substantially cut down the computation time of monitors for which the distance between input-output pairs is measured using the L∞norm. Using standard benchmarks from the literature of adversarial and semantic robustness and individual fairness, we perform a comparative study of different monitors in Clemont, and demonstrate their effectiveness in correctly detecting robustness violations at runtime."}],"tmp":{"legal_code_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode","name":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0)","image":"/images/cc_by.png","short":"CC BY (4.0)"},"year":"2025","status":"public","acknowledgement":"This work was supported in part by the ERC project ERC-2020-AdG 101020093 and the SBI Foundation Hub for Data Science &Analytics, IIT Bombay.","publication_identifier":{"issn":["2154-817X"],"isbn":["9798400714542"]},"doi":"10.1145/3711896.3737054","volume":2,"quality_controlled":"1","OA_place":"publisher","title":"Monitoring robustness and individual fairness","author":[{"full_name":"Gupta, Ashutosh","id":"335E5684-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","last_name":"Gupta","first_name":"Ashutosh"},{"full_name":"Henzinger, Thomas A","orcid":"0000-0002-2985-7724","first_name":"Thomas A","last_name":"Henzinger","id":"40876CD8-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87"},{"id":"8121a2d0-dc85-11ea-9058-af578f3b4515","first_name":"Konstantin","last_name":"Kueffner","orcid":"0000-0001-8974-2542","full_name":"Kueffner, Konstantin"},{"full_name":"Mallik, Kaushik","orcid":"0000-0001-9864-7475","first_name":"Kaushik","last_name":"Mallik","id":"0834ff3c-6d72-11ec-94e0-b5b0a4fb8598"},{"full_name":"Pape, David","first_name":"David","last_name":"Pape"}],"arxiv":1,"language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"related_material":{"record":[{"id":"22808","relation":"dissertation_contains","status":"public"}],"link":[{"relation":"software","url":"https://github.com/ariez-xyz/clemont"}]},"file":[{"file_id":"20310","relation":"main_file","file_size":7745940,"success":1,"checksum":"81e18cdf9ca5f6dfa79425b326ea9725","access_level":"open_access","content_type":"application/pdf","file_name":"2025_KDD_Gupta.pdf","creator":"dernst","date_updated":"2025-09-08T08:46:31Z","date_created":"2025-09-08T08:46:31Z"}],"date_published":"2025-08-03T00:00:00Z","corr_author":"1","conference":{"end_date":"2025-08-07","name":"KDD: Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining","start_date":"2025-08-03","location":"Toronto, Canada"},"publisher":"Association for Computing Machinery","oa":1,"date_created":"2025-09-07T22:01:33Z","project":[{"name":"Vigilant Algorithmic Monitoring of Software","call_identifier":"H2020","grant_number":"101020093","_id":"62781420-2b32-11ec-9570-8d9b63373d4d"}],"has_accepted_license":"1","_id":"20292","ddc":["000"],"page":"790-801","scopus_import":"1","intvolume":" 2","publication":"Proceedings of the 31st ACM SIGKDD Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining"},{"oa_version":"Preprint","article_processing_charge":"No","user_id":"2DF688A6-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","date_updated":"2026-09-18T07:41:29Z","external_id":{"arxiv":["2507.20711"]},"fulldoi":"https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-032-05435-7_1","department":[{"_id":"ToHe"}],"publication_status":"published","publication_identifier":{"issn":["0302-9743"],"eisbn":["9783032054357"],"eissn":["1611-3349"]},"doi":"10.1007/978-3-032-05435-7_1","year":"2025","acknowledgement":"This work is supported by the European Research Council under Grant No.: ERC-2020-AdG 101020093.","status":"public","abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"Fairness in AI is traditionally studied as a static property evaluated once, over a fixed dataset. However, real-world AI systems operate sequentially, with outcomes and environments evolving over time. This paper proposes a framework for analysing fairness as a runtime property. Using a minimal yet expressive model based on sequences of coin tosses with possibly evolving biases, we study the problems of monitoring and enforcing fairness expressed in either toss outcomes or coin biases. Since there is no one-size-fits-all solution for either problem, we provide a summary of monitoring and enforcement strategies, parametrised by environment dynamics, prediction horizon, and confidence thresholds. For both problems, we present general results under simple or minimal assumptions. We survey existing solutions for the monitoring problem for Markovian and additive dynamics, and existing solutions for the enforcement problem in static settings with known dynamics."}],"ec_funded":1,"main_file_link":[{"open_access":"1","url":"https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2507.20711"}],"day":"13","type":"conference","citation":{"ista":"Cano Cordoba F, Henzinger TA, Kueffner K. 2025. In the last decade, the problem of understanding its performance cost with respect to standard GD has received remarkable attention from the research community, which formally derived upper bounds on the excess population risk RP in different learning settings. However, existing bounds typically degrade with over-parameterization, i.e., as the number of parameters p gets larger than the number of training samples n -- a regime which is ubiquitous in current deep-learning practice. As a result, the lack of theoretical insights leaves practitioners without clear guidance, leading some to reduce the effective number of trainable parameters to improve performance, while others use larger models to achieve better results through scale. In this work, we show that in the popular random features model with quadratic loss, for any sufficiently large p , privacy can be obtained for free, i.e., |RP|=o(1) , not only when the privacy parameter ε has constant order, but also in the strongly private setting ε=o(1) . This challenges the common wisdom that over-parameterization inherently hinders performance in private learning."}],"issue":"15","file_date_updated":"2025-05-05T07:27:54Z","day":"15","type":"journal_article","citation":{"short":"S. In this work, we provide a statistical characterization of this phenomenon for high-dimensional regression, when the data contains a predictive core feature x and a spurious feature y. Specifically, we quantify the amount of spurious correlations C learned via linear regression, in terms of the data covariance and the strength λ of the ridge regularization. As a consequence, we first capture the simplicity of y through the spectrum of its covariance, and its correlation with x through the Schur complement of the full data covariance. Next, we prove a trade-off between C and the in-distribution test loss L, by showing that the value of λ that minimizes L lies in an interval where C is increasing. Finally, we investigate the effects of over-parameterization via the random features model, by showing its equivalence to regularized linear regression. Here, we show that HTT also interacts with the actin cytoskeleton, and its loss of function disturbs the morphology and function of the axonal growth cone. We demonstrate that HTT organizes F-actin into bundles. Cryo–electron tomography (cryo-ET) and subtomogram averaging (STA) structural analyses reveal that HTT’s N-terminal HEAT and Bridge domains wrap around F-actin, while the C-terminal HEAT domain is displaced; furthermore, HTT dimerizes via the N-HEAT domain to bridge parallel actin filaments separated by ~20 nanometers. Our study provides the structural basis for understanding how HTT interacts with and organizes the actin cytoskeleton.","lang":"eng"}],"issue":"38"},{"isi":1,"publisher":"American Physical Society","date_created":"2025-09-10T05:41:30Z","oa":1,"has_accepted_license":"1","project":[{"name":"Cavity electromechanics across a quantum phase transition","_id":"0aa3608a-070f-11eb-9043-e9cd8a2bd931","grant_number":"P33692"},{"grant_number":"754411","_id":"260C2330-B435-11E9-9278-68D0E5697425","name":"ISTplus - Postdoctoral Fellowships","call_identifier":"H2020"},{"_id":"eb9b30ac-77a9-11ec-83b8-871f581d53d2","name":"Protected states of quantum matter"}],"article_type":"original","ddc":["530"],"_id":"20324","publication":"Physical Review Applied","scopus_import":"1","intvolume":" 24","quality_controlled":"1","PlanS_conform":"1","OA_type":"hybrid","volume":24,"OA_place":"publisher","title":"Dual relaxation oscillations in a Josephson-junction array","author":[{"full_name":"Mukhopadhyay, Soham","orcid":"0000-0001-5263-5559","first_name":"Soham","last_name":"Mukhopadhyay","id":"FDE60288-A89D-11E9-947F-1AF6E5697425"},{"id":"6c55e976-15b2-11ec-abd3-d790e8937fde","last_name":"Lancheros Naranjo","first_name":"Diego A","full_name":"Lancheros Naranjo, Diego A"},{"full_name":"Senior, Jorden L","orcid":"0000-0002-0672-9295","first_name":"Jorden L","last_name":"Senior","id":"5479D234-2D30-11EA-89CC-40953DDC885E"},{"first_name":"Andrew P","last_name":"Higginbotham","id":"4AD6785A-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","full_name":"Higginbotham, Andrew P","orcid":"0000-0003-2607-2363"}],"acknowledged_ssus":[{"_id":"M-Shop"},{"_id":"NanoFab"}],"language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"arxiv":1,"related_material":{"record":[{"id":"18057","status":"public","relation":"earlier_version"}]},"corr_author":"1","date_published":"2025-07-17T00:00:00Z","file":[{"file_id":"20335","relation":"main_file","success":1,"file_size":1370466,"access_level":"open_access","checksum":"6cc3c9beeb7c0a88ee0a072c9a32b78b","content_type":"application/pdf","creator":"dernst","file_name":"2025_PhysReviewAppl_Mukhopadhyay.pdf","date_created":"2025-09-10T07:29:06Z","date_updated":"2025-09-10T07:29:06Z"}],"month":"07","citation":{"short":"S. The oscillations are current-voltage dual to those ordinarily observed in single junctions. The current-voltage dual circuit quantitatively accounts for temporal dynamics of the array, including the dependence on biasing conditions. Injection locking of the oscillations results in well-developed current plateaux. A thermal model explains the self-consistent reduction of the superconducting gap due to overheating of the array in the high-current state. Our work suggests that overheating determines the switching from the high-current state to the low-current state.","lang":"eng"}],"tmp":{"legal_code_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode","name":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0)","image":"/images/cc_by.png","short":"CC BY (4.0)"},"status":"public","acknowledgement":"We gratefully acknowledge support from the Miba Machine Shop and the Nanofabrictation Facility at IST Austria. X (or Z) chromosomes are often hemizygous in males (or females), as Y (or W) chromosomes often degenerate. Such hemizygous regions can be under greater efficacy of selection, as recessive mutations are immediately exposed to selection in the heterogametic sex leading to faster adaptation and faster divergence on the X chromosome (the so-called Faster-X or Faster-Z effect). However, in young nonrecombining regions, Y/W chromosomes often have many functional genes, and many X/Z-linked loci are therefore diploid. The sheltering of recessive mutations on the X/Z by the Y/W homolog is expected to drive slower adaptation for diploid X/Z loci, i.e. a reduction in the efficacy of selection. While the Faster-X effect has been studied extensively, much less is known empirically about the evolutionary dynamics of diploid X or Z chromosomes. Here, we took advantage of published population genomic data in the female-heterogametic human parasite Schistosoma japonicum to characterize the gene content and diversity levels of the diploid and hemizygous regions of the Z chromosome. We used different metrics of selective pressures acting on genes to test for differences in the efficacy of selection in hemizygous and diploid Z regions, relative to autosomes. We found consistent patterns suggesting reduced Ne, and reduced efficacy of purifying selection, on both hemizygous and diploid Z regions. Moreover, relaxed selection was particularly pronounced for female-biased genes on the diploid Z, as predicted by recent theoretical work.","lang":"eng"}],"issue":"2","tmp":{"legal_code_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode","name":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0)","image":"/images/cc_by.png","short":"CC BY (4.0)"},"file_date_updated":"2025-03-10T08:25:59Z","day":"01","type":"journal_article","month":"02","citation":{"short":"A. We identified an intriguing feature at the very low-mass end of the main sequence, around ∼ 0.08,M_⋅, at magnitudes F322W2 ∼ 24 and m_ F150W2 ∼ 25. This feature, dubbed 'kink', is characterized by a prominent discontinuity in the slope of the main sequence. A similar discontinuity is seen in theoretical isochrones with oxygen-poor chemistries, related to the rapid onset of absorption. We therefore hypothesize that the cluster hosts disproportionately more oxygen-poor stars near the bottom of the main sequence compared to the upper main sequence and the red giant branch. Our results show no strong or conclusive evidence of a rise in the brown dwarf luminosity function at faint magnitudes, in contrast to previous findings likely affected by faint red background galaxies. In our analysis, we accounted for this contamination by using proper motion membership.","lang":"eng"}],"publication_identifier":{"eissn":["1432-0746"],"issn":["0004-6361"]},"doi":"10.1051/0004-6361/202452907","acknowledgement":"We dedicate this paper to the memory of our colleague Prof. Harvey Richer (⋆ April 1944 —† 13 November 2023), a highly accomplished astronomer and expert in stellar populations and in particular within globular clusters, who passed away during this project. He worked at the University of British Columbia for most of his career, and his focus was the late stages of stellar evolution, in particular carbon stars and white dwarfs. Here, we highlight some of the major sources of complexity that arise when relating molecular mechanisms to their evolutionary consequences and ask whether accounting for every mechanistic detail is important to accurately predict evolutionary outcomes. To do this, we developed a mechanistic model of a bacterial promoter regulated by 2 proteins, allowing us to connect any promoter genotype to 6 phenotypes that capture the dynamics of gene expression following an environmental switch. Accounting for the mechanisms that govern how this system works enabled us to provide an in-depth picture of how regulated bacterial promoters might evolve. More importantly, we used the model to explore which factors that contribute to the complexity of this system are essential for understanding its evolution, and which can be simplified without information loss. We found that several key evolutionary properties—the distribution of phenotypic and fitness effects of mutations, the evolutionary trajectories during selection for regulation—can be accurately captured without accounting for all, or even most, parameters of the system. Our findings point to the need for a mechanistic approach to studying evolution, as it enables tackling biological complexity and in doing so improves the ability to predict evolutionary outcomes.","lang":"eng"}],"tmp":{"legal_code_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode","name":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0)","image":"/images/cc_by.png","short":"CC BY (4.0)"},"acknowledgement":"The authors thank Nick Barton, Stepan Denisov, Claudia Igler, Srdjan Sarikas, Anna Staron, and the anonymous reviewers for useful comments and discussions that helped improve our work.\r\nFunding for this work was provided by the Wellcome Trust–Royal Society Sir Henry Dale Fellowship (216779/Z/19/Z) and the Royal Society Research Grant (RG\\R2\\232522) to M.L.","status":"public","year":"2025","publication_identifier":{"eissn":["1943-2631"]},"doi":"10.1093/genetics/iyae191","publication_status":"published","researchdata_availability":"upon request","department":[{"_id":"CaGu"},{"_id":"GaTk"}],"fulldoi":"https://doi.org/10.1093/genetics/iyae191","external_id":{"pmid":["39601269"],"isi":["001379194200001"]},"date_updated":"2026-10-01T08:30:12Z","article_number":"iyae191","user_id":"317138e5-6ab7-11ef-aa6d-ffef3953e345","article_processing_charge":"Yes (in subscription journal)","oa_version":"Published Version","isi":1,"publisher":"Oxford University Press","oa":1,"date_created":"2025-01-29T08:21:35Z","has_accepted_license":"1","article_type":"original","ddc":["570"],"das_tickbox":"1","_id":"18936","publication":"Genetics","scopus_import":"1","intvolume":" 229","quality_controlled":"1","pmid":1,"OA_type":"hybrid","volume":229,"OA_place":"publisher","title":"Linking molecular mechanisms to their evolutionary consequences: a primer","author":[{"orcid":"0000-0003-2539-3560","full_name":"Grah, Rok","id":"483E70DE-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","first_name":"Rok","last_name":"Grah"},{"orcid":"0000-0001-6220-2052","full_name":"Guet, Calin C","id":"47F8433E-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","first_name":"Calin C","last_name":"Guet"},{"id":"3D494DCA-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","first_name":"Gašper","last_name":"Tkačik","orcid":"0000-0002-6699-1455","full_name":"Tkačik, Gašper"},{"last_name":"Lagator","first_name":"Mato","id":"345D25EC-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","full_name":"Lagator, Mato"}],"language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"corr_author":"1","date_published":"2025-02-01T00:00:00Z","file":[{"date_created":"2025-04-16T09:41:04Z","date_updated":"2025-04-16T09:41:04Z","creator":"dernst","file_name":"2025_Genetics_Grah.pdf","content_type":"application/pdf","checksum":"f730e416795969449ef49d97b82ac494","access_level":"open_access","file_size":1511688,"success":1,"file_id":"19580","relation":"main_file"}]}]
