We retrieve scaling laws for growth rate\r\nfluctuations and time response with respect to the distance from the maximum\r\ngrowth rate suggesting that suboptimal populations can have a faster response\r\nto perturbations.","lang":"eng"}],"publisher":"IOPscience","issue":"12","status":"public","ec_funded":1,"department":[{"_id":"GaTk"}],"oa_version":"Preprint"}
