Kolmogorov’s Theorem on the Conservation of Conditionally Periodic Motions with a Small Variation in the Hamiltonian, and prove that, optimising Arnold’s scheme, one can get “sharp” asymptotic quantitative conditions (as ε → 0, ε being the strength of the perturbation).
